feat(zdeploy): use 12-hour clock with AM/PM in the timestamp

Kelly's preference: 'Last deployed at 08/03/2026 01:24:09 PM' rather than
24-hour. The AM/PM marker keeps it unambiguous.

CHECKSUMS.txt regenerated.
